Payment "reversed", service suspended and missing money....
I set up automatic payment through my bank but I didn't get the money in there before Hughesnet attempted to collect. Dang. So I went on the app to try to pay with my card instead but I couldn't. So next I use bill pay feature on my banks app to send payment. A week later my service was suspended for non payment? I called customer service and was told they reversed the payment back to my bank. Idk why because I owed the money and was trying to pay it. So I pay the bill over the phone thinking I'll get the returned payment back.....no. Called the bank. Payment was COMPLETED. There was no reversed payment or returned payment.....I want my money. I paid this bill 2x. No one can tell me what happened to the money or why it was reversed.....I'm angry. So now I might just have to try and dispute it? 😐

You may have to wait a little longer for the money to be credited, due to accounting cycles -- but you may want to call the 800 number and asked to be transferred to accounting, or billing, or to whatever department deals with issues like this. I'd save the dispute for last, because you'd have to wait even longer for your money.

Did that no help....they keep insisting a payment was reversed and it certainly was not. They messed up....
