WARNING!

If you cancel your service, make sure you say immediately or they keep your money! I called on 2/6/26 to cancel my service and since I did not mention "now" they did not cancel, they do it on the next billing cycle which means they keep your money! I called and emailed numerous times but they denied to refund my money, I let them know this was bad business for not completing explaining the difference between the 2 cancellations. Never heard of this!
