Return of purchased Gen5 equipment?

I had a friend who is thinking of signing up for Hughesnet ask me about the contracts and ETFs, and the returning of equipment.  I could answer the questions about the ETF and the returning of leased...

    Hi Gabe,

     

    Thanks for posting, good question. I don't have all the details, but in short, yes, purchased equipment can be returned (within 30 days of activation) for partial credit.

Ah.  Thank you for that info.  I was relatively sure that there would be a time limit on its return if it was even allowed, and it being a partial credit makes sense.  Thanks again.
