Connected, no internet

For the last 10 days every night we have not had internet access. For 6:00 in the evening, till morning, our devices show connected, no internet. I thought maybe it was throttling our data because it was the end of the data cycle, but that has reset, still no internet for the night.

(I have unplugged the modem for a minute almost every single evening ..without success)
