Loss of internet connection
About 2 days ago the internet connection started going in and out until finally it stopped all together. I've tried everything i can think of. On the router the transmit and wifi lights are blinking but the system light is off.

The HN reps on this site won't be back until Monday. You may want to try calling the 24/7 line and asking the phone reps to run remote diagnostics on your modem. Leave the modem plugged in so they can attempt to contact it to determine what may be going on.
