  • It is the VOIP service. I’m using a cordless phone. It happened today and the internet is working.

      I see. First if your cordless phone came with a manual and if you haven't already, please try resetting/power on and off the phone itself according to the instructions. I will run remote diagnostics in the meantime to see if there is anything abnormal with the service/equipment itself.     Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. To begin troubleshooting, I will need to ask a few questions. 

     

    1. Are you using our VOIP service or WIFI calling?

    2. If so, what type of phone are you using with our VOiP?

    2. When did this start happening and are you also experiencing any issues with our internet service as well?
