System state code 11.2.1

My internet went down around an hour ago. Did the typical reset and check cables to no avail. Speed test was at 100% packet loss. Satellite strength was 15. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have seen a few other complaints about that error code, could be bad weather at the gateway.  I think one of the gateways (might be your assignment) is getting covered in a pretty good snow-storm right now, and another gateway is in the middle of a storm it self.

    If service isn't back with in the next 30 minutes, you might want to call customer support and report the outage.


    Scratch all that, looks like there is an actual gateway outage and engineers are working on the problem.
