Spaceway Service Alert

We are currently experiencing an interruption of service for some of our customers. Our network engineers are working to restore service as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Additional updates for follow.

Just to clarify, Katie is referring to the Spaceway3 system that uses the Hughes HN900 modem.

kevinlee2004 chances are the phone lines are flooded with phone calls, don't bother calling because Hughes IS aware of the issue, and they are working on it. This applies only if you are on Spaceway3 (HN9000).

Ok....thanks, thats what I am on. On the modem all I see are the top light and the bottom light on....for over an hour now.

I have a legacy plan with unlimited downloads in early morning times. Not the fastest plan but generally reliable. Hard to give up the "free zone".

We have had issues all day today.. how long is this repair supposed to take? It's disappointing to pay for services we can't use.

Southwest Colorado still no service at 9pm mountain time
light at top and bottom of modem only

Update please? Are you still predicting system won't be available until tomorrow? Will we be credited on our bills for the time our internet has been unavailable ?
