Hi community;
I am Rafael and I am in Puerto Rico, after Maria hits the island I have been trying to get someone to repair/replace my system (that I owed from 2005) and still waiting.
I am in a loop because customer service send the order to Echo Spears for replace and Echo Spears said is not them, when I call the local representatives on Puerto Rico they said that they only install new system and new accounts. Bottom line a have no system and nobody is responsible to repair/replace and I do not want to lose my emails accounts,.
Any ideas how to solve the problem?
For new Puerto Rico users use this as a example that no one is going to repair/replace your system once installed.
Thank You all for your help, I just paid one more month to roll up all emails accounts and bye bye. I always thought was a great product, but the service is unacceptable.
