I sent bad info a few hours back.

the correct MAC # is

00:10:99:13:3f:5b

Has not yet been activated.

No Dial Tone

Thank you for the MAC address! Please powercycle the ATA (unplug and replug after waiting 30 seconds) and you should have dialtone.

Hi Liz,

I have Dial tone.

It seems Better so far.

I hear an improvement when first producing a dial tone.
