We are under 1mbps even when our data renews. Tried calling but our phone which is also through HughesNet keeps randomly hanging up. Was supposed to get a call back from a CSR after resetting phone, but no one has called back. This service is terrible and the customer service is non-existent.

If you would like the HughesNet reps on this site to check your account and your system and see what may be going on, please provide more details (such as your system information, platform, number of users. what the system is used for etc.), and follow the required troubleshooting steps (for speed issues, follow this protocol. This is required to have speed issues addressed here).
