That won't commit me for another 2 years will it? I am happy to try it but don't want to be locked in for another 2 years on my contract if it doesn't work.
Speed was much improved this morning, with downloads ranging from 12,000 to 16,500 kbps and uploads ranging from 973 to 1025 kbps. It slowed down this afternoon and it's very slow now with downloads ranging 805 to 1100 kbps and uploads 321 to 918 kbps. One thing I did notice was even with download speed tests showing over 10,000, it took 4 minutes to download a 1 MB file.
I know evening is probably peak time and as a result there is going to be a natural slowdown, but this still seems like a pretty big drop off in speed after such good numbers this morning. Things are much improved over where we were before you got involved, so I'm grateful for your help. Please let me know if this is as good as it gets or if there is anything else we can try to improve the speed throughout the day not just first thing in the morning.
