New user .......... on board since 12/13/17. Started out great. Within a couple of days slowed down to 1 Mbs to sometimes less than that. System went down last night and when I woke up this moring I was happy to see the speed up above 25. That was at 7:55 AM EST. Now at 4:00 PM the old slow speed is back. <1. Anyone else on this beam having problems? My Verizon DSL was at least packing 3.
