The scheduler is set for 2am - 8am.
The files selected for download appear with links.
However, when checking in am, all files have a red circle beside them.
Error message reads something about terminal connection.
The modem is on. The PC is on. Downloading at other times works OK.
Where do I start trying to solve this problem?
It's possible that there was some type of temporary connection issue that caused uGet to not work properly. With this said, I don't know if uGet would try again if it doesn't have success the first time.
Also, though I don't know if speed would be a factor, it's possible that the download speed is low enough that uGet is not working properly for the chosen files. Due to the tremendous increase in system load as a result of the pandemic, there is a prioritization policy in place that may end up causing some downloads to be inordinately slow.
I would see if uGet has a forum to ask if anyone has any experience using it with HughesNet. As well, someone here may have experience with it and may reply with suggestions.
