12 months of service, 3 modems later still constant buffering. Unable to watch a minute video. How much does it cost to cancel this? I have 12 months left with our contact. Very disappointed with this unacceptable internet service.

To avoid equipment charges, you will need to return the equipment (modem, power pack, and the radio from the dish). You will get a kit to return the equipment when you cancel the account.
