Buffering video

11 months of service, 3 different modems, can’t get thru a 30 second video without buffering issues. Countless hours wasted trying to get this issue fixed, counting the days to cancel this slow, buffering , expensive service. Customer service beyond rude! Never again!

If the service is not working out for you, have you considered canceling? You'd save money in the long run.
