I have not had any contact or response from anyone and sure as the sun shines, 5:30 pm yesterday and again today, the speed went somewhere else. I am doing the speed tests as directed and also I really think you all are sincere in what you say. I say this, I have had this Business system installed on 11/16 and have spend countless hours of my time on the phone, doing speed tests and having tech support contractors come to my home and nothing has changed. You guys say be patient, I am trying to earn a living and I need the internet. In the evening my business lies on the west coast so how can I do my business when I can barely load up the speed test page, let alone sites that allow me to earn my paycheck,. Two months and no resolution. How does a business like Hughesnet define patience? I am wondering if everyone else would like to cut their paychecks in half until my situation gets resolved? I am not fixed no one there gets paid. Let's be fair and honest here, is this going to get resolved? I did notice someone else got their "Trial Period" extended. Is that something that is afforded to all Hughesnet customers? If so I would not like to pay $800 to cancel my contract too. Tomorrow makes my 60 days so please let me know about that too. Should I tell my customers be patient I may be able to help you in a month or two?

Also without asking for a data credit for doing all these speed tests, I was never offered any compensation until this week, almost 2 months into working for hughesnet instead of myself.

Hello Amanda, yes that is the correct number, I do not have a message on my voicemail from Hughesnet. I did have a few other people that left messages. I actually went out on a business appointment today and they invited me to finish the afternoon working from their home office using their broadband connection, it was refreshing to say the least.

Here is Sunday morning and evening, Should be 10000 download and 1000 upload. Does anyone see a problem with this connection? I HAVE NOW HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE INSTALLATION 60 DAYS AGO.

Does anyone actually care about the customers having issues? I am thinking not based on my personal experience and everyone else in these community chats.

Amanda, is anyone monitoring my system? If they were they would probably say, heh Donna you can do an early termination with no fees. I am sorry but we cannot keep you running at acceptable speeds to be able to run your home business. And no one has been contacting me daily. I have contact business support many times and am not resolved. So now what? An attorney?
