I try to sign in to My Email and it it gives me an error page .. I can sign in to my account and it even shows me as signed in to my email on my Profile page (Hughes Net Logins ) but I canot check my email online or in Windows mail..

I contacted support throught the chat but was continually timed out of the session while waiting on the agent to respond.

Try rebooting your modem and see if that fixes it. If not, try this in order:
1. Power off all devices connected to the modem via wifi or ethernet cable.
2. Power off the modem by unplugging the power cord from the wall.
3. Wait 60 seconds, then plug the modem's power cord back into the wall.
4. Wait another 60 seconds or so and repower your devices.
