The label shown in General Discussion is the one that has to be chosen.
From the sounds of it, the email you got may be a phishing attempt.
If you can post a snapshot of it, minus your personal information, and with the "from" address blocked out, it might help the reps.
Ah, okay. That's just an advertisement for Express Repair. That's been available for a number of years now.
Any service calls that are scheduled via this Support Community are at the discretion of the reps. Nothing's changed regarding that. However, there's never been a guarantee of a one or two day tech visit that's scheduled via this Support Community. If you've gotten such, it's only because there was a tech available within that time frame.
Again, nothing's changed. That's just an advertisement for a service.

You have to click on the label in the red box in the picture I posted. It don't know if you can manually add labels after that, but you have to click that label in order to post.
