Cannot pay my bill

I sign in to my.hughes.net to try to pay my bill. After entering the amount I owe I get a "Attention you cannot collect $0 amount or negative amount" and when I close it the Pay Now window is stuck on Your information is being updated. The due date on my invoice is on the 17th. Do you want my payment or not?

Hi bud,

If you'd like to make a payment ahead of your due date, you will need to give us a call! We're hoping to have the website updated in the near future to allow you to make and schedule payments.

Hi Amanda,

I went to the link in my OP without signing into my account and chose to pay without signing in. After inputting my SAN and zip, it says I owe nothing. My invoice shows I owe some money to HughesNet. Who and what number do I call?

Woops totally forgot to add in the number! Smiley Happy Looks like the bill was paid on December 7th  by auto-pay, which is why you have no balance. Hope that clears it up !
