I sign in to my.hughes.net to try to pay my bill. After entering the amount I owe I get a "Attention you cannot collect $0 amount or negative amount" and when I close it the Pay Now window is stuck on Your information is being updated. The due date on my invoice is on the 17th. Do you want my payment or not?
I went to the link in my OP without signing into my account and chose to pay without signing in. After inputting my SAN and zip, it says I owe nothing. My invoice shows I owe some money to HughesNet. Who and what number do I call?
