Community website accress required a modem reboot

Before I was able to access the Community this morning I had to reboot the Hughes Modem. I was getting "page cannot be displayed" errors.

I was able just a bit ago to get in, looks like others may be having difficulty, no new posts.

I did not have to reboot my modem, however I did have to delete my bookmark for the page. After I did that I went to http://myhughesnet.hughesnet.com/ page and got in that way. I then bookmarked it again and no problems. I was getting the same error message.

Lower right main page shows 43 online but only two avatars showing:

Same here, couldn't use old bookmark, had to use main URL with nothing added.

I try a reply several times and it said success but never appeared.

Seems posts with pictures don't appear. I tried three times and said "success" but never show up.

There are two methods that can be used to access and manage tokens.
The first method is to open the Download Status Meter:

 photo gwalk1_zpsgpnwdaci.png
From its main page click the "purchase tokens" button at the upper right. That will open the following window giving the current status of your Tokens and Token options:
 photo gwalk2_zpsy18cpeqt.png
The second method of access to token management can be found by going to the myAccount webpage:
http://my.hughesnet.com/myaccount
Log in at the upper right of the page.
Once logged in select the "Meter" tab on the screens upper left then scroll down slightly if needed and click the "Buy Tokens" button as shown below:
 photo gwalk3_zpskxlrensz.png

That will open the following dialog box:
 photo gwalk4_zps5q3khtzw.png
Remember that Tokens that have been "used" from either of the two management screens will, after a short delay, be "moved" to your "Available Token Data" data bucket.

The amount of data that is staged for automatic use can be seen in all three data usage meters:
#1: The Modems SCC meter found at 192.168.0.1

#2: The Download Status Meter main page:

#3: The "meter" tab of the myAccount page:

This is going to get real sticky posting replies with text and pictures properly aligned.

Did anyone try just clearing cache and cookies? Also figured out what is up with the ranks.. its working like it should, but will take a little time to catch up (fyi, @maratsade)

@Liz can explain better than I can on the ranking subject..

I tried clearing cache and cookies on my tablet before rebooting the modem but had no success.

I did not try to clearing cookies and cache.

Thanks for the updates. Anyone getting errors like 504 bad gateway when trying to access my.hughesnet.com?

Also, Ricky, if you signed into the Support Center then came to community using the e-mail that has 'h24' in it you would be in your original Ricky account with all the history 🙂

Small thing right now but lower right corner main page "users online" doesn't show but a few avatars/names.
