Connection problems

I have had very slow speeds for a while. Got on the router this morning and the connectivity test says limited connectivity to the gateway.

what's the number next to State Code?

I've heard sometimes the 12. codes can be related to weather issues either at your location or at the location of the ground station that feeds the signal to your place.   Do you know where your ground station is  located? They're always in another state.   To find it, go here: http://192.168.0.1/limited.html#!/general/summary

and look at the letter/number combo next to IPGW ID.  

 

In any case, the HN reps here will likely run remote diagnostics on your network and get back to you with their findings. Hang in there!

Hey! You're on my beam. 🙂

Your gateway is in San Diego, and they virtually never have bad weather.  I hope a mod will run remote diagnostics on your site and maybe figure out what's going on.  Maybe your dish needs repointing, or something.
