Those posts and links are similar to the ones I've come across while researching that error message. Other Zynga users accessing FarmVille/FV2, regardless of ISP are experiencing the same error message. I'm also inclined to agree with sgoshe that this error is due to something on Zynga's end.
Given that your browser is updated, SSLv3 is disabled, which is good, so the error message implies that Zynga may still have SSLv3 enabled on their FarmVille servers. This discrepancy between your browser (client) and the Zynga servers is what's causing that error to display.
I've passed on this info to our resident game gurus just so they have this on their radar just in case we get more reports like yours. I wish we could do more to help, but at this point, I would also let Zynga know this error persists. Thank you again for your cooperation and patience as we worked to help address your concerns.
