The HN staff on this site is typically not here on weekends, so you may have to wait until Monday for them to check your modem remotely. If you can brave long wait times, you may want to try phone and/or chat support.
I need someone from HughesNet to reset my modem remotely. All data was used last month and now cameras will not connect. Rental cabin 250 miles from me.
Thanks for reaching out. When I initially ran diagnostics on your site, the HughesNet equipment was working normally. I then rebooted your modem, and current diagnostics show the HughesNet system is still working well. I hope that reboot helped your cameras!
