Crack Down on Prepaid 'Burner' Phones

I thought this may interest some of you from Hacker News:

"Terrorist organizations are increasingly using high-grade encryption technologies to prevent being caught by the law enforcement. But, that was not in the case of last year's Paris attacks that killed 129 people, as Encryption seems to have played little to no role."


So, Who was the Real Culprit Behind the Attacks?

It is amazing something good happening in Washington DC for a change.

It's just the most commonly used one, and the one in the news presently.  Sure, they use encryption programs and such that are just as effective, but it's practically impossible to stop them.  The phones are easy. 

Secondly, too many lobbies to go after the banks.
