Curious question.....Attn Gwalk

ok  here the issue.  Was checking usage this morning.  A website called secretsof popped up.  This is an embroidery site I visit quite often but I have not been there in days.  Yet Secretsof is showing 2mb of data downloaded.  My history does not reflect a visit to this site today.  How can I find what is downloading?  attached photo

Hi yorkytime,
At work at the moment. The first thing that comes to mind is that the site installed some kind of persistent cookie that "calls home" in an effort to tailor ads or suggestions to your browser.
I would start by dumping browser cache cookies and history.
You may also wish to update Malwarebytes and do a full scan for adware.

Hello yorkytime,

If I may chime in as well. If you are using a browser like Chrome etc. Check to make sure no extensions or plugins are installed in the browser itself from this site. Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Chris
