I am no longer able to view my hourly upload or download data history. All days history screen (current and present) say "No Data Available." I was able to do this a few days ago, but not today. I have rebooted my modem, PC and router at least twice and no change.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've sent this up to our engineers and they'll be able to look into this for you. We were also able to reproduce this on our end so I'm sure this will get resolved quickly.
Our engineers let me know that this is a known issue for people on your gateway and they are working to resolve this. Once I hear more info I'll update you. You patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
