My data usage is being used VERY fast. I do not have any downloading updates in use. I have used all my tokens. I have cleared the cookines and done all that I know to do. We do not have any tyoe iof phone service where we live in remote Alaska so I can NOT call tech support. What can I do to fix this problem?
ArticAngle, put computer is safe mode and connect directly into the modem, no router.

Also provide some more info about your setup like OS and such. I assume being in Alaska you are on 7000s system. Or maybe new Gen 5 Alaska beam.
Yes mine as well. Its not what I thought this was. If I want to watch on demand/direct Tv it casues me to loose a ton of data? very dissapointed.kathi
