Welcome to the community. We appreciate the post today, I just want to make sure I am understanding correctly. A tech has been unable to make it out to your home due to weather? Or, that your service is suffering due to weather? Unless you have heavy snow that makes your location inaccessible a tech should have no problem reaching you.
