That error code could signify a downlink issue, if the error persists check to see if the cables are "snug". If the TRANSMIT and the RECEIVE LEDs come on then you should be fine. I was able to locate your site and ran our remote diagnostic tools and found your site to be operating normally, with no errors today. Do you have any other questions or concerns?
