Have you tried this? 


"One thing I can recommend is unplugging the ATA box and the modem from the wall outlet for about 30 seconds. Plug the modem back in first, then once the modem lights have all come back on, plug the ATA box back in."


To cancel service you need to call customer service at 866-347-3292.
