My internet connection has been dropping every 3 to 4 hours. it then takes 30 minutes to re-establish the connection. Refreshing the server only helps temporarily. Wi-fi remains connected throughout.
Any ideas?

Can you tell us what Hughesnet modem you have, as well as what service level you have?
What do you mean when you say, "refresh the server"?

@Liz could scallis be one of the ones on the beams that are/was experiencing timing issues?

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. I pulled up your account to check what beam you're on, and sure enough, you are on one of the affected beams- this may be why you're seeing intermittent connectivity. As I've just updated some other customers with the same experience, a fix was rolled out this morning.
Please monitor your system performance and let me know if you notice any significant improvement.
