Just to add a little more, even when the test speeds are excellent between 8am - 10am, we still can't make wifi calls through our smart phones.  We can hear the other side perfectly fine, but there is a huge delay and they can't hear us a good amount of the time.  Later on in the day, after 4pm it is completely useless.   When we were on Exede we had no issue with Wifi calling.   Overall doing my own study of speed tests, the morning hours are best (we can vary from 10-30 down), after 4pm not very good, after 7pm-11pm we are normally between .1-.4 and after midnight around 3-4 and then 6am-8am 5-13.  Biggest problem is the jigger on the line and I am guessing thats when there is such a delay and missing sentencing that can be heard from our Wifi calls as upload speed is significantly slower and thus QOS is more effected.

WiFi calling tends to not work very well with HughesNet, if at all, and it is not supported by HughesNet.  Only HughesNet's own voice service is supported.
