Finally...a straight answer from Hughes

The answer is that I'm SOL, but at least they're being upfront with me now. I've been waiting *patiently with understanding* for months now while I was assured that capacity was being increased, the wheels were turning, things were in motion which would eventually correct my abysmal speed. Now: "Engineering has  no plans for adjustments or other work on your beam, I'm sorry." If I don't like it I can cancel my service, thankyouverymuch. Unfortunately there appears to be only one alternative and I've not heard good things about them either.
