Good morning divinIN,
Thanks for the update, do you have your testmy.net URL so we can track your tests? I don't have any updates yet regarding engineering's current efforts.
Your cooperation, patience, and understanding are much appreciated.
Those were the three I ran between 5 and 10PM last night where the Internet was pretty much unusable. Had some issues even loading these forums to post.
For the problem with RDP that exists with Gen5 and didn't with Gen4, I need to know the estimates for a fix. I can't reiterate enough that I am unable to perform my job. Since moving to Gen5 it would be difficult for me to even quantify the productivity loss. If this can't be fixed soon I really have no other choice but to look for other options. The lack of progress is very frustrating especially since the problem has been identified. Please PM me with options on that front.
Though you don't need to now as Liz will be able to see your results, if you need to post them anywhere else you can post your quickstats results URL, which is the following....
Also, just for your own info, if you have any test results showing in your results table that you, yourself, did not run, you can exclude them by clicking on the little box that says, "Exclude tests taken on your connection ID that are not logged under divinIN". This box is just underneath the results table, on the left.
It will look like the following, but with your name, not mine, and clicking on it will get rid of the "...and connection ID xxxxxxxxxxxx"
Because HughesNet uses shared IPs, you'll sometimes see results in YOUR results table from tests that were run by someone else, and you can exclude them by clicking on that little box described above. I think the test results from other people are in yellow in the results table. When WE look at your results table we only see YOUR results, but when YOU look at your results table you may see others' if you haven't excluded them.
Thank you for your testmy.net net results. Please check your private messages in the top right corner of the community page as I've sent you a PM to further address your concerns.
