I have contacted you guys several times in regards to my signal strength being way to low. My signal when I first upgraded was between 115-120. Now my signal strength can't seem to get out of the low 80's on a wall to wall sunny day. And when it is cloudy (lightly cloudy not heavy clouds) my signal stays in the upper 60's and if it rains it is going down the gutter. I need a technician to come out and possibly relocate my dish. I am on disability though and I dont have the means to pay a technician visit fee all at one time. Someone please help me here, I dont know what else to do, at this point.
