We have a HT2000 router which seems to have quit working. I have unplugged it and replugged it in 3 times in the past 2 days and it currently is not receiving or transmitting. Is there something else I need to do to fix it?
While using a device that is preferably connected to the HT2000W via LAN cable, can you get to this page? If you can, what do you see listed for a State Code in the "System Summary" box near the top of the page?
Also, in the "WAN Info" box on the bottom left, what is showing for the Satellite Receive Signal Strength?
