Modem only lights top power light, no other lights.
Have left unplugged for 10+ minutes, same. All lights up for a few seconds after replugged, then nothing.
I can access 192.168.42.1 but not systemcontrol. Obviously, no internet/wifi.
It's possible that weather at your gateway is affecting your service.
The reps will likely need to look into this for you. They're on M-F from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST, and they usually reply within a day.
Be sure to leave the modem plugged in so that the reps can run remote diagnostics on your HughesNet equipment, which they will likely try to do.
