corrected (and still brutally slow):
6000Bps (Bytes/Sec) = .006MBps = .048 mbps

Hi Mark,

Thank you for the thorough post and I hope our members were able to provide some helpful info to you.

We have your e-mail account from HughesNet and can try to locate you this way. It might actually be the modem, it just seemed like the router at the time. We'll figure this out and get you sorted.

Hi Mark,

I was able to locate you and take a look into the account. Right off, I do not see anything wrong with your system, but I am not too familiar with how Small-Medium business accounts should look. I really recommend calling into our SME support center as you did before and try to work with them. If you run into any trouble, please let me know and I can try and escalate this up for you.
