ALL RIGHT! Got my 100 rebate check. Have not been charged a monthly service charge 2 months in a row with credit still towards the next month! Thanks to Eddie Villanueva. All my lease fees being returned and Super HD on Netflix playing perfect. If this continues will bump back up to highest plan. Keep it up Gen 4!
Glad hear Gen4 is off to a good start. I have been w/ them since Nov 2012, w/ the exception of two brief evenings of 'slow' speeds my experience has been good. Also, I did receive my rebate check as promised.
