I just auto pay my bill for 30g monthly on the 19/20. TODAY it says 20 percent packet loss and 4.7g REMAINING on my plan! How can i have 16% left on a plan that has just re-newed? Nothings changed on our end.... actually, its even less usage cause we unplug/off unused wifi tablets and phones.
Do we do a reset of the modem? How can data just dissapear right after the bill is paid? I didnt use all this data, no way....
I'd try rebooting the modem. Edit: the data resets not when you pay the bill, but at the end of your cycle. You can see when that is by going to http://192.168.0.1/#!/usage and looking under "allowance resets"
You can also check the usage meter if you have it, or check your account online.
ks for a prompt reply to my situation! I will try that reboot and see if it goes away. What is causing this packet loss is unknown to me...
