I have been working with customer service to try to find out why my internet is so slow. all they tell me that they are providing up to 25 mbps but when i try to stream or anything on my lap top it's slow. I am fed up with this as a matter of fact it takes approx 3min to log in the hughes web site. Like I said I'm saving up for the cancellation fee.
Do you have any case numbers you could post? Not mandatory, but if you have them, they help speed things up.
