Hi Liz - Speed problems again -- VERY Slow .

bkeeper, it's not unusual for speeds to drop considerably during peak usage times, like when you tested.  During off peak times I am often getting download speeds of around 20MB, but then during peak times it can drop to 1.5MB sometimes.  It all depends on how many people are online.  The other night I was testing up to about 1:30am and speeds were great.  I then tested at about 2:05am and they had dropped terribly.  Everybody was on downloading.  It's not unusual for speeds to drop, even considerably, in the morning from about 6-9 or so, then in the evening from about 5:30- 10:30 or so.  Then, of course, right around 2am for a little while.  I hope you can get help from Liz if it continues.  She seems to be a good egg.  Amanda and Chris, as well.

Hi Liz;  Seems to have corrected itself this morning.

bkeeper, there were probably just a lot of people on during the time(s) you tested.  If you take a look at mine, you can see that sometimes during the evening peak periods I've had speeds that drop WAY down, even in to sub 2Mb.  Ignore the yellow ones if there are any...they aren't mine.
