I have a business account and should be getting 10 mb down and 1 up here is my speedtest. It is in KBPS so 1000 kb is 1 mb. I wouldn't mind having yours!

Good news, we have an update from engineering. Senior engineers reviewed your service performance after we escalated your speed concerns. Your service is on a beam that is slated for service improvement over the next two weeks. Please monitor your performance for these two weeks and let us know how it goes.

Liz et al - Can you confirm if the service improvement noted in the post three weeks ago has been implemented yet? I've seen no improvement whatsoever since that time and was curious if the change had been implemented yet. Thanks for checking.

Hi Michael,

Our engineers have found a possible contributing factor to the slow speeds you're experiencing. Today they have approved the planned changes to address this, so there is a chance there may be some upcoming relief. Please keep in mind this is not a "cure-all" to fix slow speeds; again this is to address one factor that may be contributing to slow speeds. There is no time frame yet for when these changes will be implemented, but once we find out, we'll let you know. Your continued patience and cooperation is much appreciated.
