Listening to what our customers have to say (positive or not) is one of the reasons we started this community. We periodically touch base with our customers who respond to our surveys, customer service agents or post the community. The calls backs range... you may get a call from a level one technician, a corporate representative or the VP him/herself, we try to mix things up so that everyone gets an idea of what our customers are sayings.
