I have been bragging all year about getting 45 Mbit connection speeds all day every day.
About a week ago I am getting consistance 600 Kbit to 1Mbit connection speeds. I have contacted support via the email portal with no success.
Is this being resolved? Has anyone at Hughesnet acknowledged a problem.
If they would just notifiy users they would get a lot less complaining.
After calling into support last week and just now, the tech remotely rebooted the modem and speeds went back up to 15 - 20 Mbit.
I guess i need to reboot the modem once a day?
