What have you done so far in terms of troubleshooting?
Have you restarted your laptop and the HN modem?
Do you have a LAN cable you can use to connect your laptop directly to the modem?
Any lights off on the modem?
When I click on the Wi-Fi button and tells me no networks are available please help
First check to ensure that the WiFi radios are on in the HughesNet modem. Go here, and if you see the State Code at the top of the page being 0.0.0, both WiFi radios are on.
