How do I get my dish reinstalled after septic system installation

I am having a new septic system installed on my property. The installer had to remove the pole holding my dish because it was in the way of the tank location. How do I get it reinstalled? I can't work out who to call. So long as it isn't insalled days are going by when I can't access my Internet. Using my phone as a hotspot is not a longeterm solution.
