when i attempted to upgrade to gen 5 the hughes net crew instead of upgrading me, began an entire new account, i informed the guy that i am an exsisting customer, and the importance of keeping my email addresses with the account, was assured no problem. have new account now without my email addresses so im unable to recieve confirmation emails from financial accounts, tax accounts, buisness accounts for months causing me serious problems and costing me money. ive spoken to acct management a dozen times with no results and have been bounced aroiund for months , im fricking tired of this . they screwed up fix it, it cant be that complicated i need those emails back, there are no other options
