The email format has changed in HughesNet email and now I have lost all of my very important saved emails and accounts. Can someone help me get back the emails?
Good morning rnickol,
I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! I've gone ahead and escalated this to our e-mail admins to address. I'll post back once I have an update for you or if I need more details.
Your cooperation, patience, and understanding are much appreciated.
Thanks,
Liz
Good morning rnickol,
Thank you for your patience while your e-mail folks looked into this. Can you please check and let me know if your e-mails have been restored?

Hello rnickol,
Looks like our e-mail folks are still working on your account, but if you do see your e-mails restored, please let me know.
Thanks,
Liz
The cause of your issue may be very different from the OP's, and piggybacking on another topic can cause confusion. Because of this, please start a new topic in Tech Support to get help with your email issue, which you can do here.
Good morning rnickol,
Thank you for your patience while our e-mail admins worked on this, they've re-migrated your inbox, so can you please confirm that you have everything back now?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Liz,
I have an issue with my emails since the new Thunderbird update, however I did not lose any emails or accounts. My issue is that emails no longer download to Thunderbird from the server. Nothing since Sept. 13, 2020. I tried the resolution suggested (security.tls.version etc), but that did not solve the problem. Thunderbird did change the scrolling to appear that it was going to download my emails, but after waiting for 15 minutes, nothing changed. Any further suggestions? Is this an issue that Hughesnet is working on?
As stated, please start a new topic. Liz is not going to help you here. This is the OP's topic for their issue. Please start your own.
